Elegant and simple! I love that color of yarn. Can I ask how much yarn it took? And time? I've been wanting to make a yarn wreath but have been thinking it might take a lot of yarn to wrap all the way around a wreath...
I saw your wreath and am currently working on a wreath myself and popped over to your blog. I just moved to VA myself. Looking forward to following your blog and check out mine as well :) http://rearrangingthefurnituredp.blogspot.com/2011/08/pillow-re-do.html
I love this! Simple things that brought smiles to my life this week were all of the sweet preschoolers in my class. We are in our second week of school in Roanoke, VA and loving it. Hope you're enjoying the fall-like weather as much as I am! :)
This is so pretty! I have a suggestion though, since in the giveaway post, you mentioned you'd like it a bit thicker. I suggest wrapping the wreath first in some thick felt or fabric or something else that you can smooth over the wreath to give it extra bulk without losing its shape. That way, you don't need to wrap the yarn a bazillion times... that can get a little boring!
This is beautiful! I love the orange and cream together! I would love you to link this up at Creative Me Monday, it's open all week long! Here's the link:
