  6. My husband and me buying our first house makes me smile everyday. I guess that's kind of a big thing, rather than a small thing, but every thought about it makes me smile. Having our own garden and a yard to care for, getting a pantry (yay!), and all the moments we will share together in our new home definitely bring a grin to my face.

  8. Ordering the odds and ends for my kitchen... measuring cup and spoons, Rubbermaid containers, placemats and fabric napkins, muffin pans. My beautiful orange KitchenAid mixer, with which I will create delightful treats for my friends, who adore it when I cook and bake for them for no good reason. And I sent the invites for my housewarming party, which gives me an excuse to use all my simple kitchen goodies! So excited! Over muffin tins and my Alton Brown style measuring cup :)
