.Goals for the New Year.

Everyone is familiar with New Year's Resolutions and everyone is familiar with failure when it comes to these "Resolutions"--This year I decided to set "Goals" for myself and my life. "Goals" is overall a more positive, achievable word in my mind and it motivates me to actually accomplish things in a timely manner.

Here is a short list of my Goals for 2011:

- Use my Proactiv twice a day following ALL 3 STEPS!
- Take my Women's Multivitamin, B6, Vitamin C, and drink EmergenC (when 
  needed) daily
- Walk Colden for an hour at least 3 times a week
- Watch and participate with my Pilates DVD for at least 30 min 3 times a 
  week
- Read 2 books from cover to cover in 1 year (I am NOT a reader so believe 
  me--this is a BIG goal!)
- Be in the Word daily..DAILY!

2011 will be a year about health for me. 2010 found me ill much of the year whether it was as small as the common cold, or as big as a week long migraine. I need to be healthy in 2011. I am young, I need to be strong. With the Lord's strength, guidance, and mercy, I will be. 2011, I am excited for you and ready!
